5 Minutes
GTA Online players have learned to manage expectations week to week, but this latest refresh lands with more of a whisper than a bang. There’s no big free vehicle drop for the wider community, no headline-making gameplay twist—just a small new cosmetic and a familiar rotation of bonuses. The good news? If you’ve been itching to expand your Rockstar Games library, Steam is currently doing far more heavy lifting than Los Santos.
Karin Everon RS gets a fresh look (but not much else)
The standout addition this week is a new graffiti-inspired wrap for the Karin Everon RS. The livery, called “Mosh Mosh,” is available through any Vehicle Workshop, giving the off-road SUV a louder street-racer vibe that fits right in at the LS Car Meet.
If you still don’t own the Everon RS, it’s listed on Legendary Motorsport for $1,665,000. For that price, you’re getting a two-seat SUV with AWD traction, a seven-speed gearbox, and a hefty curb weight of around 2,100 kg (4,630 lbs). In a game where weight can influence handling and stability, it feels planted—though not exactly nimble.
Real-world inspiration and in-game performance
The Everon RS draws clear inspiration from the 2024 Toyota Tacoma X-Runner Concept, a modern performance truck concept paired (in real life) with a twin-turbo 3.4L V6 producing 421 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque.
On the GTA Online side, well-known vehicle tester Broughy1322 has pushed it through the usual benchmarks. Fully upgraded, the Everon RS reportedly reaches a top speed of about 125.75 mph (202.37 km/h). That number won’t shake up the meta in races, but it’s respectable for a bulky off-road platform—especially for players who prefer style, stance, and utility over leaderboard chasing.

This week’s GTA Online money-makers and bonuses
While the content drop is light, Rockstar is still nudging players toward steady GTA$ gains through familiar activities. If your goal is to bankroll the next property, weapon upgrade, or car build, these are the highlighted lanes:
- LS Car Meet activities
- Auto Shop Client Jobs
- Document Forgery Sell Missions
- Madrazo Hits
Auto Shop discounts and GTA+ perks
The Auto Shop is the best place to spend time this week if you enjoy quick sessions with decent payouts. All Auto Shop Upgrades and Modifications are discounted by 40%, which is particularly helpful for newer players optimizing a build without draining their bank.
GTA+ members get an extra push: double GTA$ and RP on Auto Shop Robbery Contract Finales, running through February 4.
There’s also a Weekly Challenge worth ticking off: deliver three vehicles via Auto Shop Client Jobs to earn a $100,000 bonus. It’s straightforward, low-risk, and fits neatly into casual play.

Discounts in Los Santos: a short list
The in-game discount section is slimmer than usual, but there are still a few worthwhile cuts if you’ve been waiting to buy:
- Vapid Firebolt ASP (Off-Road) – 30% off
- Pfister 811 (Super) – 30% off
- Truffade Z-Type (Sports Classic) – 30% off
- Classique Broadway (Muscle) – 30% off
Gun Van rotation highlights
For weapons, the Gun Van features the Railgun at 30% off. GTA+ members also get the Battle Rifle at 40% off. The remaining stock includes staples like the Combat Shotgun, Gusenberg Sweeper, Carbine Rifle, plus utility items such as Grenades, Tear Gas, and Molotovs.
Steam’s Rockstar sale is the real headline
If this week’s GTA Online update feels like a small appetizer, Steam’s current Rockstar discounts are the full meal. Several major titles are seeing steep price drops—ideal for PC players building a backlog or revisiting classics.
Highlights include:
- GTA V Enhanced – $15 (was $30)
- Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition – $6 (was $20)
- Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition – just under $20 (was $60)
- Red Dead Redemption – $25 (was $50)
- Red Dead Redemption 2 – $15 (typically $60)
In terms of value, GTA IV at $6 is a standout for anyone interested in Rockstar’s older physics-driven design and a grittier Liberty City tone, while RDR2 at $15 remains one of the best open-world deals in PC gaming.
“Not much happening in Los Santos this week—so Steam decided to run the show.”
Keep in mind these Steam offers are time-limited and are set to end on February 5. If your GTA Online routine is feeling repetitive, this sale might be the perfect excuse to branch out—or finally grab the Rockstar title you’ve been putting off.

is 1.665M really worth it for an SUV with a paint job? 125 mph on a heavy truck sounds meh, more cosplay than meta shift. Steam sale tho, GTA IV for $6 might be the real flex
