Imagine unfolding a phone and topping it up faster than many wired laptops—on a foldable. Sounds ambitious. Honor may be on the verge of making that normal.
New entries on China's 3C certification platform have revealed two Honor model numbers, PNM-AN10 and PNM-AN20, and with them a headline-grabbing detail: both variants are listed with support for 120W wired charging. The PNM-AN10 is likely the standard Magic V6, while the PNM-AN20 appears to be a Beidou-capable edition that adds satellite short-message support for emergency comms.
Battery paperwork filed earlier with 3C hints at why Honor can push such high charging rates. The top-tier unit reportedly uses a dual-cell pack rated at 7,000mAh (typical capacity around 7,150mAh), while a secondary option comes in at a 6,700mAh rating (typical ~6,850mAh). Bigger cells and faster delivery. The math is simple: more capacity, faster charging—and a heavier engineering bar to clear for heat and longevity.

If the listings hold true, the Magic V6 would write the fastest charging chapter yet for foldable phones.
There’s more than just charging on the rumor sheet. The Magic V6 is widely expected to run Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, a chipset that sits at the performance summit right now. Wireless charging support has also been suggested by recent leaks, making the device more flexible for daily use.
Camera talk is juicy. An engineering prototype reportedly ships with a 200-megapixel primary sensor paired with a mid-range periscope telephoto that offers roughly 3x optical zoom. That combination points to a device aimed at both pixel-pushing daylight shots and more practical long-range framing.
Design tweaks look sensible rather than headline-seeking. Leaks point to a fiberglass frame, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, improved dust and water resistance, and an overall thinner profile versus the previous Magic V—already a compact package when folded. For context: last year’s model measured roughly 4.1–4.2mm unfolded, 8.8–9mm folded and weighed between 217 and 222 grams. Expect Honor to chase slimmer lines while trying to preserve that giant battery.
Colorways reportedly include Snow White, Velvet Black, Red Hare and Sunrise Gold—names that nod to both classic and playful tastes. And then there’s the internal codename chatter: some sources suggest “PNM” could stand for Phenom, a label that would fit a flagship attempting to punch above its weight.
Honor will bring the phone to MWC 2026, where it’s also expected to show off its Robot phone. March 2–6 is the window. Will the Magic V6’s combination of huge cells and blistering 120W charging change what buyers expect from foldables? That’s the question the industry will be answering in Barcelona.
