A neat row of colored dots. That's the whole tease — and it says a lot. Nothing’s latest social tease dropped five simple hues: black, white, pink, yellow and blue. Short. Pretty. Intentional.
Rumors have the Nothing Phone (4a) and Phone (4a) Pro arriving globally in early March, and the company’s teaser campaign on February 9, 2026, only adds momentum. It’s the kind of move that shifts attention away from spec spreadsheets and back to something less measurable: desire. Which shade will grab shoppers first? That question matters more than you might think.
On the specs front, Nothing has already confirmed a welcome upgrade: at least one model will ship with UFS 3.1 storage, a step up from the UFS 2.2 used in the last (3a) generation. Faster storage means snappier app launches and smoother multitasking. Small change on paper, noticeable in daily use.
Chipset chatter points to Snapdragon 7-series silicon powering both the Phone (4a) and the (4a) Pro. Nothing hasn’t nailed that down publicly, but several leaks converge on mid-range flagship-class CPUs — the kind that balance performance and efficiency without blowing the price out.

The EU Energy Label extracted from regulators reveals a slightly larger battery for the Pro. It lists a 5,080 mAh rated cell, which manufacturers often present as a typical capacity between 5,200 and 5,250 mAh. That’s a modest bump from 5,000 mAh in the previous model. Charging appears capped at 50W.
Expect a practical spec refresh: quicker UFS 3.1 storage, a marginally bigger battery and 50W charging — real-world improvements rather than headline-grabbing leaps.
Beyond silicon and mAh, this tease is about personality. Nothing has made a habit of leaning into design as a differentiator, and colorways are an easy place to show it. Will both the standard and Pro variants get the full palette? Unclear. Will limited runs or exclusive shades pop up later? Very likely.
So keep an eye on early March. The dots are colorful. The hints are specific. The rest will be revealed one launch window at a time.
