The MagicPad 4 arrives as a clear statement: screens and silicon still matter. Honor has confirmed a 12.3-inch panel running at 165 Hz. Scrolling will feel instant. Gaming will be noticeably smoother. Apps will respond with a liveliness that cheaper slates can’t match.
Under the hood, Honor is pointing to a recent Snapdragon 8-series chip — rumors favor the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. That’s the same family powering flagship phones and other high-end Android tablets, and it would place the MagicPad 4 among the most capable Android tablets available for heavy multitasking, graphics-heavy games, and professional apps.

Will the MagicPad 4 unseat other Android heavyweights? That depends on performance, software polish, and price. For now, the signs point to a tablet that wants to be taken seriously — a slim, long-lasting, high-refresh canvas for work and play — and it may arrive sooner than you think.
