Oppo has refreshed its Reno lineup with the global release of the Reno 15 Pro Max and Reno 15 Pro, pushing flagship camera hardware and big batteries into the premium mid-range. Both models bring upgraded displays, a capable MediaTek chipset, and stronger durability ratings — a clear step up for photography-focused buyers and power users alike.
What sets these Reno phones apart
The headline is obvious: a 200-megapixel main sensor paired with two 50-megapixel auxiliaries on both models. Oppo couples that camera stack with autofocus and optical image stabilisation across the primary and periscope modules, plus a high-resolution 50-megapixel selfie shooter. Combine that with a 120Hz AMOLED display and fast memory and storage, and you get a phone that aims to feel premium without hitting ultra-premium price tiers.
Both phones run ColorOS 16 on Android 16 and carry IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance. They also include modern connectivity like Wi‑Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, dual SIM slots, and an in-display fingerprint reader.

- Display: Reno 15 Pro Max – 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED, 120Hz; Reno 15 Pro – 6.32-inch AMOLED, 120Hz
- Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 8450 with 12GB LPDDR5x RAM
- Storage: UFS 3.1 (Pro Max 512GB, Pro 256GB)
- Cameras: 200MP main (OIS), 50MP periscope tele (3.5x optical, OIS), 50MP ultra-wide, 50MP front
- Battery & charging: Pro Max 6500mAh (80W wired, 50W wireless); Pro 6200mAh (80W wired)

Oppo has essentially adapted the China-market Reno 15 Pro series for a wider audience, keeping the key strengths intact: class-leading imaging hardware and stamina-focused batteries. If you care about photos and long battery life, these phones make a compelling case.
Prices start in Taiwan at NTD 24,990 (about $800) for the Reno 15 Pro Max with 12GB+512GB, available in Twilight Gold and Desert Brown. The Reno 15 Pro (12GB+256GB) is NTD 20,990 (around $670) in Aurora Blue and Desert Blue. Broader global availability is expected soon.
