Why a 200MP telephoto would matter
Oppo's Find X9 lineup kept a familiar split: the regular Find X9 used a 50MP periscope, while the Find X9 Pro stood out with a 200MP long-range camera. Now tipster Digital Chat Station says Oppo is testing a 200MP periscope for the standard Find X10. If true, that’s a rare move—moving a high-resolution zoom from Pro-only into the base variant.
Higher resolution on a telephoto does more than boost marketing specs. A 200MP periscope can deliver sharper details at long range, greater cropping flexibility and improved low-light zoom thanks to larger sensor area and pixel-binning tricks.
