iQOO has confirmed that the upcoming iQOO 15 Ultra will ship with touch-sensitive shoulder triggers that deliver haptic feedback and a 600Hz sampling rate. The design, color options and hardware details were teased ahead of a China launch next month, and a Weibo post from iQOO's product manager filled in several technical specifics.
Why these shoulder triggers stand out
Unlike traditional mechanical buttons, the iQOO 15 Ultra's triggers are touch-based and driven by two independent control chips to cut latency. A linear motor simulates the feeling of a physical press for consistent feedback, while an "anti-sweat" algorithm and sweat-resistant surface aim to keep responsiveness steady during long sessions.
