Realme is bringing the C100 to Europe, but not quite in the same form that debuted in Asia. The headline change is the battery. While the Asian version packs a 7,000 mAh cell, the European Realme C100 is expected to ship with a rated 6,600 mAh battery instead.

That trade-off does not appear to affect the rest of the phone. European listings point to the same core package: a 6.8-inch LCD display with 720 x 1570 resolution, a surprisingly fast 144Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness rated at 900 nits. Under the hood, the device should run on MediaTek's Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with 4GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of storage.

Pricing has already started to surface across Europe. The 128GB model is listed at €269, while the 256GB version comes in at €299. Buyers will reportedly get two color options, Sprouting Green and Blooming Purple, both clearly aimed at a younger, style-conscious crowd.

What stays the same

On the camera side, Realme seems to be keeping things simple. The C100 is expected to feature a 50MP main rear camera and a 5MP front-facing shooter for selfies and video calls. Software is also part of the appeal here, with Android 16 expected out of the box, layered with Realme UI 7.0.

Battery longevity could still be a strong selling point despite the smaller pack. Realme says the battery is rated for up to 1,600 charge cycles before dropping below 80% of its original capacity, a figure that suggests the phone is designed to stay usable for years rather than months.

There is, however, another detail worth noticing. Under the EU's new product labeling system, the Realme C100 has received a D grade for drop resistance and a C grade for repairability. That will not be a dealbreaker for everyone, but it does give buyers a clearer picture of durability and long-term maintenance before they spend their money.

In other words, the Realme C100 looks set to arrive in Europe as a large-screen, budget-friendly 5G phone with a few compromises tailored to the region. The battery is smaller, yes, but much of the original formula remains intact.
