Xiaomi 17T and 17T Pro leak: specs, colors, and pricing

A retailer listing in Saudi Arabia just did what launch teasers often do: spoil a little. Days before Xiaomi's May 28 reveal, the 17T pair have surfaced with full spec sheets, colors, and price pointers that hint at where Xiaomi wants to position them this year.

Prices came through in the listing and translate roughly to about €540 for the 17T with 256GB, €638 for the 17T 512GB, and about €811 for the 17T Pro with 512GB. Not official yet, but a useful yardstick if you want to compare them to rivals.

Two phones that look close, but aren’t identical

At a glance they share a family design and camera layout. Look closer and the differences stand out like two siblings with different careers. The 17T aims for balanced value. The Pro chases flagship endurance and charging muscle.

• Xiaomi 17T: 6.59-inch 1280x2772 display at 120Hz, MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset, 12GB RAM, 6,500 mAh battery with 67W wired charging. Camera module lists a triple setup: 50MP + 50MP + 12MP and a 32MP front shooter. Colors reported: black, violet, white.
• Xiaomi 17T Pro: larger 6.83-inch 1280x2772 panel with 144Hz refresh, MediaTek Dimensity 9500, 12GB RAM, and a hefty 7,000 mAh battery. The Pro adds faster charging — 100W wired plus 50W wireless — and ships in Deep Blue and Deep Violet. Camera specs mirror the 17T: 50MP + 50MP + 12MP rear and 32MP selfie.

Those battery numbers are notable. 6,500 and 7,000 mAh are increasingly rare in mainstream phones. Add 100W wired and 50W wireless charging to the Pro, and you get a battery story Xiaomi seems to be leaning on this cycle.

Specs can tell only part of the story. Software, thermal behavior, and real-world camera tuning will determine which model is more compelling. The Dimensity 9500 is generally a stronger performer than the 8500, but how much that gap matters will depend on power efficiency and heat under long gaming or camera sessions.

Expect Xiaomi to confirm official pricing, regional availability, and software details at the May 28 event. The company also plans to bring the standard 17T to India next month, which could reshape local price expectations.

Questions left hanging: will the Pro's bigger battery and faster charging justify its premium, and can the 17T undercut competitors while keeping flagship-grade cameras? We should have answers after launch, but for now these listings give a solid preview of Xiaomi's approach for 2026.
