Huawei has rolled out a special 10th Anniversary edition of the Watch 5 alongside a fresh Ice Blue color for the Watch GT 6, unveiled as part of its China launch this week. The updates are cosmetic in focus, but they give the wearables a bolder look for the holidays.
What’s different — and what’s the same
The Watch 5 10th Anniversary edition is mostly a style upgrade. It features a woven nylon braided composite strap stamped with a "10 Years" logo and the same emblem on the watch crown. Internally, it keeps the same hardware as the standard Watch 5, coming in both 42mm and 46mm sizes.

- Display: LTPO AMOLED with Sapphire glass protection
- Health: X-Tap sensor offering ECG, PPG and HRV readings
- Connectivity: eSIM support for standalone calls and data
- Fitness: 100+ sport modes
- Battery: Up to 5 days with always-on display; up to 11 days in power-saving mode
For those who prefer a subtler change, the Watch GT 6 gets a new 41mm Ice Blue finish with a fluororubber strap. Apart from color and strap material there are no hardware changes — the GT 6 keeps a 1.32-inch AMOLED display, Huawei's TrueSense health system and an estimated seven days of battery life.

Pricing and availability
Huawei has priced the Watch 5 10th Anniversary edition at CNY 2,799 (about $399) for the 42mm model and CNY 2,899 (about $410) for the 46mm model. The Ice Blue 41mm Watch GT 6 is listed at CNY 1,488 (around $210). The GT 6 Ice Blue will be available in China starting January 1, while the Watch 5 Anniversary edition is already on sale.
If you’re shopping for a smartwatch that blends premium materials with reliable health tracking, these refreshed options give buyers a chance to choose between a celebratory collector’s look and a new pastel finish without sacrificing the core features users expect from Huawei’s wearables.
