Why Samsung might consider BOE
Sources on social media and industry tipsters say the president of Samsung Telecommunications recently met BOE’s CEO to explore the possibility of sourcing OLED displays for future Galaxy S flagships. BOE has long supplied LCD panels for Samsung TVs, and its OLED credibility has improved — Apple already uses BOE OLEDs in some lower-tier iPhone models with generally favorable feedback.
