Honor's forthcoming Win tablet will include a built-in cooling fan, Honor China Smart Life business head Lin Lin revealed in a Weibo teaser.

The announcement confirms the Win lineup, which already comprises the Win, Win RT and Win Turbo smartphones, is expanding to include a tablet. Lin Lin shared a first look at the device's rear design: the image shows a square-shaped camera module with Win branding on the back panel, and the executive confirmed the tablet will feature an internal cooling fan.

Design and specifications revealed

In the comments on the Weibo post Lin Lin further disclosed that the tablet will sport an OLED display and be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Lin Lin also indicated the Honor Win tablet will not support cellular connectivity and will offer a single USB Type-C port.

Pre-reservations for the Honor Win tablet are currently live on JD.com and Tmall. Honor is expected to reveal additional details about the upcoming tablet in the coming days.
