The Honor X9e Pro will ship with an 11,000mAh battery, according to a Malaysian news outlet that published key specifications ahead of the phone's launch.

Honor Malaysia's official website lists the X9e Pro's launch date as September 24 and shows ongoing teasers on the company's social channels ahead of the unveiling.

The Malaysian outlet that posted the early specification details also reports the handset will support 80W wired fast charging.

Camera, durability and display

Honor's teasers confirm a dual-rear camera setup led by a 108MP primary sensor and promote what the company describes as extreme durability, including the ability to be submerged in hot water.

The same Malaysian outlet said the phone's display could reach a peak brightness of up to 10,000 nits.

Honor Malaysia's product page lists Dawn Gold, Midnight Black, Reddish Brown and Royal Purple as the X9e Pro's colourways.
