2027 Nissan Rogue Hybrid priced from $35,490 in US market

Nissan has priced the all-new 2027 Rogue Hybrid, starting at $35,490 for the SV all-wheel-drive trim, excluding a $1,575 destination charge. Nissan lists the SR at $37,490 and the Platinum at $43,490; the SR Technology Package adds $4,000 and the SV Premium Package adds $2,100.

The company says the four-grade Rogue Hybrid range will arrive in the United States early next year, with only the SR fitted with the SR Technology Package reaching dealers at launch.

Every grade ships with all-wheel drive, e-Pedal regenerative braking, a 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Qi2 wireless phone charging, a power liftgate, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 60/40 split-folding second row and 18-inch wheels as standard.

The SV includes 235/60 all-terrain tires, LED exterior lighting, premium cloth upholstery, an eight-way power driver seat, heated front seats and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. Standard safety equipment features Traffic Sign Recognition, Intelligent Cruise Control, hands-on ProPILOT Assist, Intelligent Driver Alertness and autonomous emergency braking with pedestrian, cyclist and intersection assistance.

The SV Premium Package adds two-way power lumbar for the driver, gloss-black roof rails, TailorFit leatherette upholstery and a panoramic sunroof. The SR upgrades to 19-inch wheels with aero covers over 235/55 tires, a revised front fascia, gloss-black exterior trim, quilted perforated TailorFit upholstery, two-way power lumbar and SiriusXM 360L.

The SR Technology Package brings 14.3-inch displays, a panoramic moonroof, front and rear parking sensors, rear automatic braking, memory for the driver seat and mirrors, a heated steering wheel, integrated mirror turn signals, ProPILOT Assist with Hands-Off Traffic Jam Support and a 3D Enhanced Intelligent Around View Monitor with Invisible Hood and Front Wide View.

The Platinum adds heated and ventilated front seats, heated second-row seats, a four-way power front passenger seat, driver-seat memory, a front center airbag, a 10-speaker Bose audio system, rear automatic braking and Google Built-in.

All Rogue Hybrid grades use Nissan's third-generation e-POWER system pairing a 1.5-liter turbocharged inline-three with two electric motors. The front motor produces 202 horsepower and 243 lb-ft (330 Nm); the rear motor makes 134 horsepower and 144 lb-ft (195 Nm). Nissan estimates total system output at 225 horsepower but does not provide a total peak figure.

The system relies on a 1.67-kWh traction lithium-ion battery that the gasoline engine charges; there is no mechanical connection between the engine and the wheels and no plug-in charging. Nissan says the e-POWER application, refined over nearly 2 million global sales, is estimated to return 40 mpg city (5.9 L/100 km) in US testing. Highway and combined fuel-economy ratings are not available as of this writing.

Nissan notes that competitors from Toyota and Honda advertise higher fuel economy from their all-wheel-drive hybrid versions of the RAV4 and CR-V.
