OnePlus N6 Lite launches with 7,000mAh battery in India

OnePlus has expanded its N6 family in India with the launch of the OnePlus N6 Lite, announced on 22 September 2026 and reported by Siddharth. The new model joins the OnePlus N6 and N6x as an affordable 4G smartphone and is offered in a single configuration: 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, priced at INR 16,999 and available in Midnight Black and Neo Green.

The OnePlus N6 Lite ships with a 7,000mAh battery while maintaining basic midrange specifications and 4G connectivity.

Hardware and display

The N6 Lite is powered by a Unisoc T7250 chipset and uses a 6.75-inch LCD that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. OnePlus specifies a peak brightness of 900 nits in its high-brightness mode. Storage can be expanded via a microSD card, preserving the single on-device storage tier.

Cameras, battery and charging

For imaging, the handset carries a 13-megapixel rear camera that uses an OmniVision OV13B10 sensor and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The phone supports 15W wired charging and 5W reverse wired charging, the latter allowing the device to supply power to another device over a cable.

Other notable hardware details include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric unlocking. The N6 Lite retains a 3.5mm headphone jack alongside a USB Type-C port.

OnePlus lists an IP64 rating for the device and MIL-STD-810H certification. IP64 denotes dust-tight protection and resistance to splashing water from any direction. MIL-STD-810H is a military-standard test suite relating to environmental durability and shock resistance, as stated by the company.

Connectivity is limited to 4G on dual SIM, and the phone offers dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, and GPS. The N6 Lite weighs 215 grams and measures 8.95 millimetres in thickness.
