Samsung's Galaxy F70 has appeared in the Google Play Console's supported devices list under model number SM-E176E.
That model number suggests a link to the Galaxy A17, which was released in August, and indicates the F70 could be a rebrand of that device.
Samsung previously launched the Galaxy F70e in February and the Galaxy F70 Pro in August. The F70e is known to be a rebranded Galaxy A07.

If Samsung follows the same rebrand pattern, the F70 may share the A17's hardware: a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with 1080x2340 resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, an Exynos 1330 chipset, 4/6/8GB of RAM, and 128/256GB of storage.
Reported camera and battery specs linked to this presumed configuration include a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization, a 5MP ultrawide, a 2MP macro sensor, a 13MP front camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 25W wired charging.
The Play Console entry lists model SM-E176E but does not include a launch date or official confirmation from Samsung.
