A Geekbench AI results entry dated 09 October 2026 lists the global Xiaomi 18 Pro Max under model number 2611FPNFAG and identifies its chipset as the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 paired with 12GB of RAM in the tested prototype.

Xiaomi has already confirmed that both the 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max will receive international launches, unlike last year’s models. With the 18 Ultra reportedly canceled, the 18 Pro Max appears set to function as the company’s flagship into 2027.

Benchmark listing and memory options

The Geekbench AI entry provides the concrete hardware snapshot: the global unit uses the same Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 as its Chinese counterpart and was tested with 12GB of RAM. In China the device is also offered with 16GB of RAM, but the listing does not confirm whether 16GB will be available for global or EU markets.

The listing leaves open another regional question: battery capacity. The Chinese Xiaomi 18 Pro carries a 7,000 mAh battery while the Chinese 18 Pro Max is reported to have an 8,500 mAh cell; it remains to be seen whether those capacities will change for units sold in Europe.

Software, displays and cameras

Xiaomi expects to ship the pair globally running Android 17 with its HyperOS 4 skin on top. Hardware specifications reported for the Chinese Xiaomi 18 Pro Max include a 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED main display at 1208 by 2624 pixels with a 120Hz refresh rate and 4,000-nit peak brightness, plus a 2.9-inch LTPO AMOLED cover screen at 596 by 976 pixels with 120Hz and the same 4,000-nit peak brightness.

Storage options listed for the Chinese model are 256, 512 gigabytes and 1 terabyte. Imaging hardware comprises a 200MP main camera with optical image stabilization, a 200MP periscope telephoto with OIS and 3.2x optical zoom, a 50MP ultrawide sensor and a 50MP front-facing camera.
