On 26 October 2026, OnePlus quietly announced its first clip-on earbuds, named the OnePlus Clip and listed on the global OnePlus website as the OnePlus Buds Clip. While the brand's smartphones are no longer available in Europe and the US, the listing suggests the Buds Clip will be sold in some global regions.

Audio hardware and connectivity
The Buds Clip pair Dynaudio sound tuning with a dual-driver arrangement: 11mm woofers and 9mm tweeters, driven by dual DACs tuned by Danish audio brand Dynaudio. The earbuds support LHDC 5.0, AAC and SBC codecs; codecs determine how audio is compressed and transmitted over Bluetooth. They pair over Bluetooth 6.1 and can maintain simultaneous connections to two devices.

OnePlus equips the Buds Clip with six bone conduction microphones and a dedicated AI audio chip. OnePlus says the AI chip includes an on-device translator. Bone conduction microphones capture vibrations through the skull and surrounding structure to assist voice pickup, a method that can complement traditional microphones for clearer speech capture in noisy conditions.
Battery life is stated as up to 40 hours. Each earbud weighs 5.2 grams and the pair carry IP55 ingress protection for dust and water resistance. OnePlus is touting all-day comfort from the buds, attributing this to an adaptive nickel-titanium (Ni-Ti) arc C-bridge that holds the clips in place.

The Buds Clip also feature a sound leak prevention system OnePlus calls Dipole Sound-Field technology; the company describes it as a system that beams reverse sound waves via the rear vents on the buds to reduce leakage.
OnePlus lists three colours for the Buds Clip: pearl white, twilight rose and pebble gray. The company has not revealed pricing or detailed availability information.
