Unmistakably performance-first

The leaked engineering prototype reportedly runs on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Not the next-gen silicon OnePlus is also testing, but a high-end engine in its own right. The panel is said to be a 6.78-inch flat OLED with a 1.5K resolution and an eyebrow-raising 185Hz refresh rate. Yes, 185Hz. That's beyond typical flagship territory and screams gaming and ultra-smooth UI motion.

Storage and memory choices push the same message. Top-tier configurations are tipped to include 16GB of RAM paired with 1TB of internal storage. No official word yet on battery capacity or charging speeds, but given OnePlus's recent experiments—last year’s Ace model shipped with a massive 7,800mAh cell—expectations are tilting toward an 8,000mAh-plus battery this generation.
