Small tweaks, familiar direction

The benchmark shows a prime CPU core clocked at 4.21GHz, which matches the stock Dimensity 9500 rather than a boosted "Plus" variant. In plain terms: this is evolutionary, not radical. For context, the Tab S11 Ultra used the Dimensity 9400 Plus, which nudged its prime core from 3.62GHz to 3.73GHz. This time, Samsung seems content to rely on the base 9500’s headroom.

12GB of RAM is the configuration listed in the leak. Samsung tends to reserve 16GB for rare, high-capacity builds — typically the 1TB variants on flagship Galaxy S, Z and Tab lines — so don’t expect 16GB to be common unless you opt for top storage.
