First: polls. You can tweak a poll question for up to fifteen minutes after creating it, and set a deadline so voting simply closes when time runs out. Voter names can be hidden too, which makes it easier for people to be frank without feeling exposed.

Small changes, smoother planning

The @all tag does what the name promises: it nudges everyone in a group without tagging each person by hand. A caveat — in groups larger than 32 members that ability is reserved for admins, which keeps mass pings under some control.

Another time-saver: one tap will let you spin up a new group from an existing conversation. Think of it as pulling a side thread out of a busy chat to plan a surprise, sort logistics, or debate details without clogging the main discussion.
