Reports from Culpium paint a clear picture. TSMC has reportedly nailed the N2 volume and yield targets for the A20 Pro. Manufacturing at that scale is no small feat. The snag comes after silicon leaves the fab: chips need their DRAM stitched on, and that’s where supply is thinning. Apple is tapping its usual memory partners, but the queue is growing.
