An Instagram reel shared by @creativebespoke has put a heavily modified Lamborghini Revuelto back in the spotlight, the clip billed as the "wildest Revuelto on the planet." The example on display wears a Zacoe Performance-signed widebody and a long list of visual alterations that make the new V12 plug-in hybrid look even more extreme than the factory design.
The modifications visible in the short clip include front fender and rear three-quarter panel attachments, a new front hood, side skirts, a roof scoop and additional bodywork attributed to Zacoe Performance. The front bumper appears largely OEM but with a more pronounced apron. At the rear, a revised diffuser integrates four large extra lights set into the fins, stretching from the standard taillights toward the lower bodywork, plus an extra brake light centrally mounted in the diffuser and a large wing on the decklid.

creativebespoke credits MV Forged for the bespoke wheels. The reel does not list model names or sizes, though the wheels show a V-spoke pattern and noticeably wider rear rims. The car wears Balloon White paint protection film to shield the bodywork from chips and scratches.
The tuner also describes a handcrafted interior by @cb_autosalon, but the clip offers no interior footage, so the materials, colors and exact workmanship remain unshown. A "race exhaust system" is said to be fitted; the change should make the V12 more sonorous, but the reel overlays background music so the exhaust tone is not heard. creativebespoke suggests the exhaust may add a small power increase, though not enough to materially change performance.

What remains factory and what changes
Production of the Revuelto began in 2023 at Sant'Agata Bolognese in Italy, and tuners have since offered a wide range of bodykits, wheels, interiors and suspension and exhaust upgrades. This example follows that trend but keeps the core plug-in hybrid V12 hardware intact. The same 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 underpins the more track-focused Revuelto SuperVeloce, which was introduced earlier this year with 1,050 hp (1,065 ps/783 kW) combined and a 0 to 62 mph time of 2.4 seconds.

creativebespoke's claim that this is the "wildest" Revuelto on the planet is promotional, and opinions will vary. The build is distinctive without appearing overtly controversial, though it is certainly loud in its visual language. Several key details about the conversion remain unconfirmed in the reel: exact wheel sizes and fitment, the interior materials and colors, and any dyno-verified power gains from the race exhaust.
As a reference, Lamborghini's stock Revuelto is rated at 1,001 hp (1,015 ps/747 kW) from its plug-in hybrid powertrain, accelerates from 0 to 62 mph (0 to 100 kph) in 2.5 seconds, and has a manufacturer-claimed top speed of 217 mph (350 kph). This project highlights how aftermarket tuners are further stretching the visual boundaries of an already extreme factory model.
