The last growl of a generation. That’s what this truck promises, and it doesn’t whisper. Callaway and Waldock have teamed up to give the outgoing Silverado 1500 a proper send-off: a 602 horsepower, limited-run Launch Edition that’s as much about theater as it is about speed.
What makes this Silverado different
The base is a Silverado 1500 RST with the 6.2 liter L87 V8. Callaway fits a 2.6 liter Roots-style supercharger with a three-stage cooling system, lifting output to 602 hp and 760 Nm of torque. Short sentence. Big impact.

Waldock’s touch is visible everywhere else. The pickup rides on a sport-tuned suspension set lower than stock. Combined wheels are 22-inch lightweight alloys co-developed by Callaway and Waldock, and the truck gets body-colored side steps for a cleaner look. You still get Chevrolet dealer support. That matters. These are dealer-orderable trucks, not underground conversions.
- Power: 602 hp
- Torque: 760 Nm
- Engine: 6.2 L V8 with 2.6 L Roots supercharger
- Wheels: 22-inch Callaway-Waldock lightweight alloys
- Production: strictly 100 numbered units
Each of the 100 trucks will carry internal plaques and paperwork signed by both firms, making ownership feel like a small piece of automotive history. Buyers can choose from Summit White, black, Sterling Metallic gray, or a sandy hue that suits desert runs as much as coastal cruises.

Why would buyers choose this over a one-off tuner job? Warranty. Every Launch Edition retains the primary General Motors factory warranty and comes with a supplemental three-year or 58,000 kilometer warranty provided by Callaway and Waldock. That’s a practical reassurance wrapped around visceral performance.

Price starts at about €88,350. Build slots are scheduled for late 2026, which positions this Launch Edition as a true farewell model before Chevrolet introduces the next-generation Silverado in 2027.
Is this just nostalgia with loud exhaust? Not exactly. It’s a deliberate punctuation mark. Two family-run firms, both steeped in bespoke performance since the 1970s and now run by the founders’ children, set out to close a chapter in a way that honors both technical know-how and showmanship. The Launch Edition reads like the first act in a longer collaboration between the two companies, not the final curtain.

Think of it as a collector’s truck that wants to be driven. Limited numbers. Dealership accessibility. Backed warranty. And a supercharged V8 that makes sure the Silverado’s send-off is anything but quiet.
