Samsung Galaxy F70 5G launches in India from Rs. 19,999

Samsung launched the Galaxy F70 5G in India, priced from Rs. 19,999 for the 4GB + 128GB model, and Rs. 22,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model. A Flipkart launch offer with bank discount can reduce the price to Rs. 17,999; sales start October 20 at 12:00 noon on Flipkart.

The phone measures 164.4 x 77.9 x 7.5 mm, weighs 192 g and uses a slim rear panel with a vertical camera layout. It will be available in Lilac Bliss and Bliss Black.

The Galaxy F70 5G has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display with a 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

Samsung fitted a triple rear camera system led by a 50 MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization, F1.8 aperture and autofocus. The rear array includes a 5 MP ultra-wide lens and a 2 MP macro lens. A 13 MP F2.0 front camera sits in a waterdrop notch.

Under the hood is Samsung’s Exynos 1330 octa-core processor built on a 5 nm node, with a dual 2.4 GHz Cortex-A78 plus hexa 2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 CPU configuration and Mali-G68 MP2 GPU. The phone ships with 4 GB or 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, expandable up to 2 TB via microSD in a hybrid slot.

The handset is powered by a 5000 mAh battery and supports 25W wired fast charging. Audio is via USB Type-C and a bottom-ported speaker.

Software is One UI 7.0 based on Android 15. Samsung confirmed four generations of Android OS upgrades and five years of security patches for this model. Security features include Samsung Knox and support for Samsung Wallet.

Integrated software features include AI-driven functions such as Circle to Search with Google and Galaxy ecosystem tools like Quick Share and voice focus.

Other specifications include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, IP54 dust and water resistance, hybrid dual SIM (nano + nano or microSD), Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS and GLONASS, dual 4G VoLTE and 5G support, and a USB Type-C port.
