Beta testers of the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra in South Korea are receiving One UI 9 build GZIF, a stable Android 17 release that requires a download of less than 500MB for enrolled beta program members.
Samsung has released the Android 17-based One UI 9 stable update for the Galaxy S23 trio and for the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5. The company is rolling the stable release out in South Korea first for beta participants of the S23 series, with a broader distribution to non-beta users in South Korea and other regions expected soon.

Availability and install size
The stable One UI 9 package for S23 beta participants is delivered as build GZIF and downloads at under 500MB. However, devices that were not enrolled in the beta program will receive a larger stable package weighing around 3GB. Samsung is also delivering the stable One UI 9 update to the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5 in South Korea.
If you are in South Korea and own one of the affected models but have not yet seen the update, check manually via Settings > Software update on your phone.
